The modern zafu, a cylindrical meditation cushion is suitable for less flexible people of hips needing a more important seat than traditional zafu. Designed to improve your position during meditation, the meditation cushion and yoga raises your hips andRelins the pressure exerted on your knees, your ankles and your back, making the sitting position longer and much more comfortable.

The Zafus are placed on the ground or ideally on a "Zabuton" meditation mat.

Two choices of padding are offered to you: 

• Kapok, a vegetable wool offering a dense and soft seat
• Recycled cotton for a stable and firm seat
