Modern Zafu Cream - Meditation cushion

This zafu meditation cushion padded with a spelled or kapok is handmade with an outdoor cotton outdoor cover for washing and an interior canvas cover.

Cylindrical in shape, this meditation cushion is suitable for the poorly flexible people of hips, often feeling adductors' pain, needing more height or who prefer meditation on the knees. It is then placed under the glutes in the knees position, legs and feet placed on both sides of Zafu.
