Shogi meditation bench

This massive samba wooden bench allows you a kneeling position in a natural, balanced and relaxed posture. During your meditation, a good alignment will allow you to release tensions, relax the back and shoulder muscles and reduce stress. The angle of inclined seat of the meditation bench allows the spine to balance properly on the pelvis and to reduce compression loads on the lower back, thus promoting deep breathing and better circulation of the flow of energy.

Our meditation benches are varnished with a 100% natural varnish prepared in our workshop based on beeswax, linseed oil and orange blossom essential oil. The beeswax protects and keeps wood in a lasting way while sublimating it.
