You must read the following provisions carefully because they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the products and services in the Atelier Cocon electronic catalog.

The “click” that you perform after completing your order constitutes validation of your order and will constitute irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.

1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the Atelier Cocon web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

1.     Object

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of Atelier Cocon products, on the Internet, via the e-platform. www.ateliercocon.com a service and a trademark registered by  Atelier Cocon SARL

1.       Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

• “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between Atelier Cocon and a consumer within the framework of a distance sales or service provision system organized by Atelier Cocon which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
• “Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes which are outside the scope of his professional activity.
• " Purchase order " :  document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to bind him.
• “Order”: act by which the Consumer agrees to purchase products and Atelier Cocon to deliver them.

1.     Product

All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.

Atelier Cocon reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without prior notice. Under no circumstances can it be held liable for compensation or cancellation of an order due to the inability to use the purchased product due to incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

1.     Place an order

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by clicking continue shopping.

When you have finished your purchases, confirm your order by clicking on the "pay" button.

If you make an error when entering your information on the order form, we recommend that you send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours; after Atelier Cocon has cancelled your order, you can order again.

1.       Price

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in effect at the time of the order.

VAT is calculated on the order form based on the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan DH.

Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

1. Order execution

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed his order.

In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of cancelling their order.

The ordered product will then be unavailable, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order.

He will then have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the Product.

1. Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery slip as well as to Atelier Cocon within one day.

The consumer may, upon request, have an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.

How much does delivery cost?

Transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer,
- In Morocco and abroad, they are based on the rates of XXXX for registered mail.
- Our prices include VAT and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
- The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.

- It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.

What are the delivery times?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receipt of your payment.
In Morocco, items will be sent to you by Chrono Diali or MTR
Any delays shall not give rise to damages, cancellation of the order or refusal to take delivery.

1. Payment method

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by Atelier Cocon on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account within one day of the delivery confirmation date.

Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Payment Center (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.

The consumer guarantees to Atelier Cocon that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the order.

In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the consumer and the issuer of the card between the Atelier Cocon Company and its banking establishment apply.

1. Data confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of
your order and they are treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from Atelier Cocon unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.

1. Right of withdrawal

From the delivery date of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete, and in their original (unopened) packaging will be eligible for a refund.

1. Guarantee

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of a return of equipment that proves to be non-defective, shipping and handling costs may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.

1. Proof of transactions paid by bank card

The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of Atelier Cocon constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and Atelier Cocon.

1. Force majeure

Atelier Cocon is only liable for the performance of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
