What is a Meditation Kit ?

A meditation kit consists of two pieces: a zafu meditation cushion and a zabuton mat. Together, these elements provide a comfortable setting for both sitting and lying down during meditation sessions, ensuring proper support and alignment.

Fabric: Our meditation kits feature outer covers made from second-hand cotton, linen, and blends. The covers are undyed cotton canvas for natural simplicity.

Care for Fabric: Unzip and machine wash at no more than 40°C. Air dry flat.

Filling:
Zafu: Filled with organic spelt husks from Morocco.
Zabuton: Uses kapok, a natural fiber from the kapok tree.

Care for Filling: Keep kapok and spelt dry and away from humidity to maintain their integrity.
